What Does a Direct Repair Shop Mean to Me?

Should you be in an accident that involves an insurance company that has pro-shops, you simply pick the pro-shop of your choice and take your vehicle to them. Make sure you tell the insurance company what shop you are using. In many cases, the insurance company will send an assignment to the shop. The Direct Repair Shop will then write the estimate, take photos (if required) and forward everything to the responsible insurance company. Once your approval is given, the repairs will begin.
